We accept direct bank transfers for advance trip payments. Once you confirm your trek with True Ascent Treks, our team will send you the official bank account details including SWIFT/BIC codes for international clients. Bank transfers are secure and widely used by most of our clients from around the world.
If you’re booking from abroad, Wise is an excellent option to pay in your local currency with low transfer fees and great exchange rates. True Ascent Treks provides full guidance for using Wise upon request. It’s safe, fast, and easy to track your payment.
For clients arriving in Nepal, True Ascent Treks accepts cash payments in USD, Euro, GBP, AUD, and NPR. You can pay the remaining trip balance at our office in Kathmandu after your arrival. This method is often used by trekkers who prefer to pay in person.
Upon request, True Ascent Treks can arrange payment via PayPal or international credit card with an added 4% processing fee (bank and gateway charges). This method is especially useful for urgent bookings or last minute confirmations.
To confirm your trekking adventure, True Ascent Treks requires a booking deposit of 20% of the total trip cost. This deposit can be made using any of the above payment methods. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu.
